I start Monday.
RULE #1
No White carbs, except cauliflower.
RULE #2
Only Protein, Legumes & Vegetables.
RULE #3
No drinking calories. Only water, tea & coffee.
RULE #4
Don't eat fruit.
RULE #5
Take 1 day off each week and go crazy.
That sounds interesting, although I'm a simpleton. I've been told as long as you lower the calories intake it doesn't so much matter what you eat for the purpose of losing weight. And to gain muscle you just nee da certain ammount of protein in a day based on your weight :P
He does make reference to the Ketosis diet, but this more focused on legumes like lentils & beans. The legumes replace your intake of bread. You should also eat a lot of vegetables. The author has been on the ketosis diet, but created this one to be safer.
I wish you the best of luck. Try not to go too crazy on that one day and destroy your diet. :p

ReplyDeleteAnother thing to check is ur Base metabolic Rate (BMR) and see how many calories you burn off a day naturally. Ill defo be following the progress!
