The 4 Hour Body
Suggests starting very small.
If you wanted to write a book: write 2 pages a day.
If you want to run: run 5 minutes a day.
Your decisions will start to align and you will make healthy decisions as you start changing who you are.
So the first change that I'm doing is that:
I will put an ice pack on the back of my neck each day, once.
You have to buy the book to understand the science behind it.
In summary: do the minimum change.
It will start to build up like an avalanche.
so true . . .
ReplyDeletetaking everything slow and steady is the right way.
ReplyDeleteAnd that is why people don't get things done, always with the quick way out without hesitations. No one ever "slows down" anymore, pity.
ReplyDeleteNice post.
It's true you have to be persistent, even if at first you don't get a huge result. Success builds up.
ReplyDeleteVery interesting! What good advice.
ReplyDeletePretty good idea. I've not heard of the book.
ReplyDeleteSeems like an interesting idea.
ReplyDeleteInteresting philosophy, it holds some truth. It's like spare change, it may not seem like much, but over time it really adds up!
ReplyDeletea fun summary.
