Today is unlimited day for the week
I was planning on waiting until Saturday, but my parents are buying me lunch & I'm going to go watch a movie with friends today. So...Hacienda unlimited chip day! Also popcorn. Already drank cranberry apple juice & ate bread products. This is going to be a fun day. Then back to the meat, beans/lentils, & vegetable food plan. I've learned that I've been eating for boredom mostly. When you only eat meat, legumes and vegetables, then go to eat more later on you aren't hungry. You realize that it's mostly out of habit and boredom than real hunger. This is definitely a learning experience.

Day #1 - Slow Carb Breakfast
Woke up at 6 AM.
Drank 2 glasses of ice water.
consumed:
2 eggs
1 bowl of lentils.

Lentils
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp garlic
put this in a saucepan & saute for 2 minutes
then
add 2 cans Beef Broth to the saucepan
cook for 5 minutes
then
add italian seasoning & rosemary & 1 cup of water
then
rinse the lentils & put them in the broth.
Cook 20-30 minutes
Makes: a bag of lentils.

Only Protein, Legumes & Vegetables.

No drinking calories. Only water, tea & coffee.

Take 1 day off each week and go crazy.

Starting small
The 4 Hour Body
Suggests starting very small.
If you wanted to write a book: write 2 pages a day.
If you want to run: run 5 minutes a day.
Your decisions will start to align and you will make healthy decisions as you start changing who you are.
So the first change that I'm doing is that:
I will put an ice pack on the back of my neck each day, once.
You have to buy the book to understand the science behind it.
In summary: do the minimum change.
It will start to build up like an avalanche.

I'm reading the 4 Hour Body - Time to restart
I already did it before & it worked. I lost 50 LBS, but I gained it back since living at home. You really have to get rid of most of the people in your life if you want to change. Why? Because they want you to stay the same. Either get rid of the people or don't let them talk to you about staying the same, tell them to go away when they do it. You are fat because other people want you to. If you are young you are fat because your parents do not want you to be thin. If they did they would have taught you to eat right and exercise correctly. It is up to you.
Now I'm going back on it. I will write about what I'm doing and the progress.
