Day #1 - Slow Carb Breakfast

Woke up at 6 AM.
Drank 2 glasses of ice water.
consumed:
2 eggs
1 bowl of lentils.

  16. Lunch: shrimp, peppers, asparagus, green beans. Dinner: Liver, sausage, avocado, salad, lentils.
