Starting small

The 4 Hour Body
Suggests starting very small.
If you wanted to write a book: write 2 pages a day.
If you want to run: run 5 minutes a day.
Your decisions will start to align and you will make healthy decisions as you start changing who you are.

So the first change that I'm doing is that:
I will put an ice pack on the back of my neck each day, once.

You have to buy the book to understand the science behind it.

In summary: do the minimum change.
It will start to build up like an avalanche.

  2. And that is why people don't get things done, always with the quick way out without hesitations. No one ever "slows down" anymore, pity.

    Nice post.

  3. It's true you have to be persistent, even if at first you don't get a huge result. Success builds up.

  7. Interesting philosophy, it holds some truth. It's like spare change, it may not seem like much, but over time it really adds up!
