Today is unlimited day for the week

I was planning on waiting until Saturday, but my parents are buying me lunch & I'm going to go watch a movie with friends today. So...Hacienda unlimited chip day! Also popcorn. Already drank cranberry apple juice & ate bread products. This is going to be a fun day. Then back to the meat, beans/lentils, & vegetable food plan. I've learned that I've been eating for boredom mostly. When you only eat meat, legumes and vegetables, then go to eat more later on you aren't hungry. You realize that it's mostly out of habit and boredom than real hunger. This is definitely a learning experience.

  3. I work so often that I usually have to remind myself to eat, kind of the opposite problem.

  5. I'll be honest, if there's food in front of me, I'll eat it even if I'm not hungry simply because there's food.

  11. There should be a balance between your food requirements and eating, if you want to fit forever, you should not eat less than your requirements.
